The design wasn’t great. Too small I returned it on the day it was delivered. Where’s my refund????? Terrible customer service. I organised to send the jacket back and Echt sent label to my post office. I had to pay over $10 for it. They accepted the return because they sent the return label. Now they have informed me days later that they do not accept it because it was a sale item and if I want it back, which I don’t, I have to pay another fee for them to post it back to me. And if I don’t they will dispose of it on 29 September. So they accepted the return. Charged me to send it back. Now say they won’t refund. And they want me to pay for them to send it back even though I don’t want it or I wouldn’t have asked for a return refund in the first place.

the material and fit is not good. zips are really harsh too where the pockets are so your hands will hurt when you put ur hands in the pocket

It’s a very comfy jacket, nice gold zippers. Good quality as well. I usually wear size 10, but it’s not available that time & went to size 12, but surprisengly it fits me well with a bit of room for my inner clothes. Overall luv this jacket. Next time will get the cropped vest!
