bsolutely furious right now! BOTH sleeves of this garment came completely unstitched the very first time I put it on — utterly unacceptable quality. I reached out to you THREE WEEKS AGO requesting an exchange, and I’ve heard nothing back. Not a single reply. This is beyond frustrating and honestly some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I shouldn’t have to chase you up for a basic response when the item you sold me fell apart immediately. It’s disgraceful. I want this resolved immediately — either send me a proper replacement or give me my money back. Your so-called ‘service’ has been nothing short of appalling!

Awesome zip up hoodie. One thing I did notice was the arm where the zip pocket is felt tighter around the bicep due to the pocket. Maybe something to consider

Great zip up hoodie and very comfortable. Not too warm but the material is warm enough for a mild weather day. The high neck feature is great for windy days. Only wish it had zips on the pockets at the front but not a big deal. Small size fits me perfectly if you are a smaller stature guy.
